2 Age Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on 7c78, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Creation & Management

Each individual may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person will be treated as fraud and all such accounts will be closed.

• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to 7c78 immediately.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals may not open an account or use the services on 7c78:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Anyone accessing from areas where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited.
• Those who have enrolled in a Self-Exclusion program.
• Any employee of 7c78 or their immediate family members.
• Those who have been identified as being involved in fraudulent activities.

5 Payment Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently supported on 7c78: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

6 Withdrawal Process & Conditions

A user's account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Wagering or betting requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The following conditions apply before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

• The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (based on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit).
• For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• If the account is closed before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

7 Welcome Bonus Terms

The 7c78 welcome bonus is 100% of a new member's first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

This bonus must be wagered 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is counted based on the bonus amount only.

8 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers are governed by the following general rules:

• Each bonus offer must be activated within the specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time when claiming a bonus offer, unless separately permitted.
• One welcome bonus per account — it cannot be claimed again.
• If the deposit is withdrawn after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus along with all winnings will be forfeited.

9 VIP Program

The 7c78 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes are determined at 7c78's discretion and depend on overall engagement with the platform. Cashback amounts are credited as cash and can be withdrawn subject to the applicable rules.

10 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

7c78 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain a betting advantage.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
